### Environment
- **OS:** Windows 10
- **Strata Version:** App v0.2.1 (Engine 0.1.46)
- **Hardware:** RTX 3080 (20GB) + 128GB RAM

### Description
I noticed that in older versions (or earlier static HTML builds), the Web UI (`http://127.0.0.1:8080`) had a dedicated "Monitor" tab that displayed detailed hardware statistics (VRAM usage, GPU temperature, PCIe bottleneck, expert cache hit rate, etc.).

However, in the latest v0.2.1 Web UI (which appears to be rebuilt with SvelteKit), that dedicated system monitor panel is gone. I can only see per-message generation statistics (tokens/sec) by enabling "Show message generation statistics" in the settings.

### Questions
1. Is the system hardware monitor (GPU, VRAM, RAM) intentionally removed from the new Web UI?
2. If not, is there a hidden URL or a new tab where I can access these system metrics from the browser?
3. Is accessing `http://127.0.0.1:8080/metrics/prometheus` the only way to see hardware stats now?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!
