### Description
After installation and execution, the following processes appear briefly in Task Manager: `strata-desktop.exe` and `node.js` (node.js lasts a bit longer). No application window or error message is displayed.

### System Configuration
- **CPU:** Intel Ultra 5 225F
- **RAM:** 32 GB DDR5 6000 MT/s
- **GPUs:** 3x GPUs (RTX 5060 Ti 16GB / RTX 2080 Ti 22GB / RTX 3070 8GB) on PCIe setup
- **OS:** Windows 11
- **CUDA:** Tested on CUDA 12 & CUDA 13 environments

### Additional Information
LM Studio works fine with all GPUs in this setup.

Meaning:  Strata's background program did not start. Security software may have blocked a file in the Strata folder. Allow the Strata folder in it (or reinstall Strata) and start Strata again.
