#3361 [GUI] Scope Preparation Errors To The Selected Model

## Problem and result

Switching to another model can leave the latest failed preparation job visible on the newly selected model. The Models page now shows only a load/install job belonging to the selected model. A real failure for that model remains visible and retryable.

## Approach

Match the selected canonical model ID, or its short name together with source family, before using either the remembered job or latest job. Job records and prepared model files are unchanged.

The examples below render the actual component with anonymous fixtures. Hardware, paths and job state are simulated; they are not inference or performance evidence.

## Validation

**Passed:**

- Windows, Node 24.18.0, base `e88ee39d`, patch `b910b705`: `node --test tests/guided-setup-empty-catalog.test.mjs` from `apps/host`, as part of the affected UI check run. Cases cover a stale remembered job, unrelated latest job, matching canonical ID, matching family/name alias and a matching failure that must remain visible. The affected UI run passed 53 tests; TypeScript checking and the Vite build also passed.
- Rendered and visually inspected both attached component examples. They contain Example paths/hardware and no real account, workspace, credentials or chat content.

**Failed:**

- Before the fix, the regression run had 4 failures out of 18 tests; unrelated preparation errors remained visible. Those cases pass with this change.

**Not run:**

- Model downloads, real GPU preparation/generation and cross-platform desktop execution. This change does not touch engine backend code.

## Limits

This prevents an unrelated job from being shown. It does not repair the original preparation failure or import arbitrary local GGUF files into the prepared library.
