#564 Gui settings

It's a getting a bit messy with what works and doesn't work with all changes happening.

using the START-HERE.bat doesn't show what settings are being used in total for the model and launch parameters, it would be helpful.

Bringing it up because mentioned in  INSTALL.MD    ie -vram-reserve-mib 2048 which is something I've recently needed to do with whatever other changes have happened lately. Yet the --host /api key one works as I use that one,

ofc it doesn't eem to actually work as a launch parameter for "START-HERE.bat --vram-reserve-mib 2048" anymore as it throws an error, though does seem to bes working when added to the model.json, ie

  "32768",
  "--spec-min-p",
  "0.5",
  "--vram-reserve-mib",
  "2048"
 ],

but given it doesn't show all the settings used either in console or in the localhost page it's hard to tell without checking logs aswel.

getting to the point I'd rather just have a small gui launcher where all settings are maintained even if the docs are becoming out of date with changes, + its just easier to make changes to launch model settings.
