#2330 Benchmark only polls 127.0.0.1

`strata_bench.py` starts the server using the config's `host`, but polls readiness at hardcoded `127.0.0.1` (line 967). 

With host set to a specific IP (in my instance it is running on 192.168.1.1), the benchmark's log confirms readiness at that address while BENCH continues printing "still loading" for over 11 minutes until manually aborted.

The attached `bench-host-fix.patch` makes the benchmark connect to the configured host, defaults to loopback when no host is configured, maps wildcard binds to loopback, and brackets IPv6 addresses. An explicit URL continues to take precedence.

The proposed patch was applied and BENCH.bat ran successfully.
