#3456 [GUI] Strata 0.2.1 fails to update engine

Description

Previously running Strata 0.2.0 with engine Engine 0.1.45.3 on AMD RX 9070 16 GB

After updating to Strata 0.2.1 and restarting the app it fails to update engine with error:
`The new engine 0.1.46 did not pass its test start (ProfileError: This build of Strata is for AMD RX 7000 and Ryzen AI Max cards. This computer has an AMD RX 9000 card (gfx1201). Ask for the RX 9000 build. (No engine for this PC was found in C:\Users\matf\AppData\Local\Strata\components\.s\b2ce: 0.1.46 windows-x86_64-hip has code for gfx1100, gfx1101, gfx1102, gfx1151, this PC's GPU is gfx1201). The app never downloads an engine while it starts or serves. Download the engine for your GPU with Update engine in the app's Settings, or with `strata update` (or `strata install`) in the Terminal, or copy an engine package into the component folder.). It was not installed; your current engine is unchanged.`
