#3544 [Engine] git-clone update path asks for strata-windows-x64.zip, but 0.2.x releases ship strata-engine-0.1.46-*.tar.gz

**Setup:** Windows 11 26H2 (build 26300), RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB, driver 617.42, 63.6 GiB RAM. Plain git clone updated with `UPDATE.bat` (not the 0.2.x app).

**What happens:** after moving the clone to Strata v0.2.1.4, `setup.py --update` cannot find an engine package and falls back to starting the installed 0.1.44.1, which is below `MIN_ENGINE = (0, 1, 45)`:

**Why:** the prebuilt path asks for the 0.1.x asset names under `releases/latest`, but `latest` is now the 0.2.1 app release, whose engine assets are renamed:

- Asked for: `strata-windows-x64.zip` (and `strata-windows-x64-cuda12.zip`)
- v0.2.1 actually ships: `strata-engine-0.1.46-windows-x86_64-cuda-cuda13.tar.gz`, `strata-engine-0.1.46-windows-x86_64-cuda-cuda12.tar.gz`, `strata-engine-0.1.46-windows-x86_64-hip-rx9070.tar.gz`, plus `strata-control-0.1.46.3-windows-x86_64.zip`
- The old names do still exist, but only on the old tags: `v0.1.45` ships `strata-windows-x64.zip`, `strata-windows-x64-cuda12.zip`, `strata-windows-x64-hip.zip`

So the `.bat`/`setup.py` path cannot update itself once `latest` points at a 0.2.x release: it asks for 0.1.x names against 0.2.x assets.

**Workaround I used:** downloaded `strata-windows-x64.zip` from the `v0.1.45` release, checked it against that release's `SHA256.txt`, and unpacked it into `engine/`. Then `setup.py --update` reports `[ok] Strata is updated (engine 0.1.45)`. That works for CUDA 13 / sm_120, but it pins a clone to the last engine published under the old naming instead of 0.1.46.

**Suggested fix:** resolve the engine asset name from the release's `install-manifest.txt` / `latest.json` (or accept the `strata-engine-<version>-<os>-<arch>-<backend>.tar.gz` names) instead of hard-coding `strata-windows-x64*.zip`, and read the engine version from the asset rather than assuming `releases/latest` is an engine release.
