#3410 [Other] Strata detects installations in the Recycle Bin

Descripción

On Linux, using KDE Plasma 5, when removing the current Strata installation and starting over from a clean install, the previous installation was found in the trash:

`~/.config/strata/settings.json:`
```
{
 "data_dir": "/home/USER/bin/strata",
 "installs": [
  "/home/USER/.local/share/Trash/files/strata",  <---- !!!
 ]
}
```

Strata version: 1.46.0 and earlier
