#475 Update.bat script

Description

Can you make an update.bat script? It's easy to use "git pull", but the problem is that it's not enough for update. And now I have to run START-HERE.bat which download additional update after that. The problem is that then it starts to run the engine and sometimes you don't want that. So a separate script for update would be helpful, when you don't have a free VRAM at moment but want to update the project to the latest version.
