#3458 [Other] Engine wont listen on all interfaces in windows RTX4090 24GB/64GB on Windows

Description

RTX4090 24GB on Windows
After updating to 0.2.1 strata server is not responding on all interfaces.
User is not able to configure the required interface and port as the network address is not editable in the app, 
starting with command line with api key set does not work anymore as api key is not accepted.
