#3296 [Other] 6700 XT (gfx1031) - Error in setup - strata 0.2.0-beta (build 0.1.45.3; python 3.12.15)

Strata version: strata 0.2.0-beta (build 0.1.45.3; python 3.12.15)

When I configure, I get this:

The model is ready, but Strata can't start it yet: it couldn't find an engine for this computer (This build of Strata is for AMD RX 7000 and RX 9000 and Ryzen AI Max cards. This computer has an AMD RX 6000 card (gfx1031). Ask for the RX 6000 build). Next step: run `strata update --feed <address>` with the update source you were given, or ask whoever sent you Strata for the engine that matches this computer's graphics card, then run `strata launch` again. The model files stay on this computer.

I had added support for the gfx1031 (same 103 engine as the other gfx103x) in a PR a while back.
