#2972 web: add shared source-preserving math core

说明

Adds opt-in math parsing and a shared renderer adapter while preserving source through streaming, copy, export, history and API requests. The placeholder adapter leaves equations as source; renderer implementations follow separately.

Minimal replacement for #1829 on current main. Disabled by default. Core browser checks pass in Chromium, Firefox and WebKit.
