#2664 Human and Agent Readable MAP of everything.

A map of the entire repo, sans this folder. Line references for every function in an agent readable and human readable format to allow super easy lookups for everything inside the repo. AGENTS.md contains a simple script that an agent can run to update the map between every release to keep it accurate and up to date. Honestly I made this for myself so I could add a FlyDSL backend and run nvfp4 on my R9700, but it turned out to be a great resource. But I'm also totally unwilling to maintain it beyond this point, pretty much anyone can run the script in the agents MD and bring things back up to date each release. But it really is a really really nice development reference to save you from bouncing between every file and folder trying to hunt down that one function you know you saw earlier.

The HTML files are where humans should navigate the repo. They include flowcharts for the entire repo and explain functionality. As well as a search of the tsv files that highlights results and shows exact line numbers. The reason they're as big as they are is because I bundled the necessary CSS elements and such with them (as their licenses allow) so that everything could be navigated offline. 

Bundled tsv files are grepable for agents to find exact functions without digging through code. they contain paths and line numbers, and the included script in the agents.md allows them to keep everything updated with every single release, without burning a ton of tokens. I burned a LOT having an agent make the map and then a swarm of agents to verify every single reference multiple times until every single file and reference was checked twice for accuracy with 0 errors found. It SHOULD be all good.
