Closed in favor of the split PRs requested during review:

- #166 — build fix: `CUDART_INF_F` → `INFINITY` (fixes #157)
- #167 — session zeroing for native packs
- #168 — Q2_K embeddings and type-aware PLE table rows
- #169 — diagnostic dumps under `--spec` + `ple_parity` provisioning
- #170 — hipBLASLt 100202 tuning table

The two review fixes (restore verify loop order; keep host_res gate for --no-capture/--no-token-graph) are in #169.
