#3270 [Engine] vram_reserve_mib setting resets instead of retaining user overrides in Strata 0.2.0-beta app

说明

Strata 0.1.45 was able to fit about 700 more experts into VRAM than Strata 0.2.0-beta on my Nvidia 5080. 

Strata 0.2.0-beta reserves too much VRAM and I already manage my app VRAM usage by disabling GPU acceleration in the apps I need. I tried changing "vram_reserve_mib": 2048, in the text file to 1024 in both places and it gets reset. I tried changing it in the options window, and it gets reset. I tried changing it then saving settings, it gets reset...

Please can you stop resetting my overrides . :)
