Windows 11 LTSC 24H2 with latest updates. Core i5 11400F, Nvidia RTX 5060Ti 16GB, Driver: 610.88, 80GB DDR4 PC3200. 

`this engine (0.1.44.1) does not run Qwen3.6-35B-A3B yet
update Strata, or compile the engine with --build, and run setup again`

Compile the engine with --build doesn't help
