Setup & installSecurity

说明

## Problem

I would like to request support for installing and running Strata in fully air-gapped or heavily restricted network environments.

I would really like the ability to install and deploy Strata fully offline. The connected network I have access to is heavily restricted and does not allow running Python, executables, or other setup tools for security reasons. This means I cannot simply run the normal installer on a connected machine, download all dependencies through the installer, and transfer the completed installation to the offline machine.

Currently, the standard setup process depends on Python, package installation, engine acquisition, model downloads, and MTP preparation. This makes deploying Strata in an air-gapped environment significantly more difficult.

## Proposed Solution

Ideally, I would like a supported offline deployment method that allows users to download all required files directly, transfer them to the target machine, and complete installation without any internet access.

Possible approaches include:

- **Offline installation bundle:** Provide a downloadable archive containing the necessary runtime, engine, dependencies, and installation scripts, with instructions for supplying the model and MTP files.
- **Local artifact support:** Allow the installer to use locally supplied model files, engine binaries, Python packages, and other dependencies without attempting network requests or remote fallbacks.
- **Native C++ runtime:** Ideally, provide a standalone native executable that does not require a separate Python installation, pip, or other development tools on the target machine. A precompiled binary would be especially useful for restricted environments.
- **Offline verification:** Provide a documented way to install and launch Strata with outbound network access disabled, ensuring that setup, startup, and normal operation do not require external connections.

I understand that building the engine may require development tools, and I would be happy to download a precompiled engine rather than compile it locally. The key requirement is that the target machine should not need to download or install additional software during setup.

## Why This Matters

Air-gapped environments often prohibit internet access and restrict software installation for security reasons. Being able to download the necessary artifacts through an approved connected machine and transfer them to the offline system would make Strata much more practical in these environments.

I recently came across [UnbiasedStrata](https://github.com/robertkarl/UnbiasedStrata), which is exploring a C++-based approach without the usual Python setup. This seems promising, but it is a week old and doesn't seem to keep up to date with the upstream of Strata.

I'd greatly appreciate it if you could consider supporting an offline installation bundle or a standalone native runtime as a future feature.
