#1686 Low GPU utilization on RTX 2080 Ti after upgrading Strata from v0.1.40.2 to v0.1.41

I have an RTX 3080 Ti 16GB and an RTX 2080 Ti 22GB. Both cards are used simultaneously under Windows 11. After upgrading Strata from v0.1.40.2 to v0.1.41, my RTX 2080 Ti 22GB appears to be barely working. Its GPU utilization is extremely low, while the RTX 3080 Ti shows very high utilization. This causes the RTX 3080 Ti's GPU temperature to rise by more than 10°C, and the RTX 2080 Ti's temperature drops by over 10°C. Note that the RTX 2080 Ti loads the model normally with expected VRAM usage during model initialization.

What is causing this? Why did this behavior appear after the upgrade? Furthermore, overall inference speed has not improved noticeably; instead, it has gotten slower.
