Description
### What do you want to do? On Windows, check whether my running Strata server is reachable and whether its model is loaded without keeping a console or browser open. Open the Web UI and copy a small diagnostics summary from the notification area. I currently use a private Tray integration. A proposed first upstream change is an opt-in, read-only Windows client for the existing official server. It would poll the loopback /v1/models endpoint, handle model aliases and empty model lists, open the local Web UI, and copy allowlisted diagnostics. It would include PerMonitorV2 support and readable system-color status text. The first change would not own the server process or alter setup defaults, engine behavior, authentication, model settings, or updates. API-key-protected servers would show auth required; the Tray would not collect credentials. A native .NET Framework 4.8 candidate is prepared, with no NuGet dependency. Would this narrow, optional Windows client fit the project? Server lifecycle controls and automatic updates can be discussed separately.
