#1885 Strata monitor for linux

Description

Strata is great because it made qwen3.8 models useful on even modest hardware.  If you use it from a remote server, it is good to actually see the task progress and resource being taken by it.

To facilitate that I created a web based [**strata monitor**](https://github.com/aynair/strata-monitor) that lets you see how busy is your LLM.
