#3195 [GUI] Can't select which GPUs to split across

Descripción

I have a dual rtx 3090 system. If I select "Split across GPUs" then try deselecting the AMD iGPU on the motherboard so it's not included then it also de-selects the GPU1 with the rtx 3090.
