#3144 [BUG] Windows Calibration with more parameters fails 0.1.45

# What happened

Starting calibration with more parameters over START-HERE.bat in 0.1.45 same in version 0.1.43: 
It works if i start the calibration with: 
`START-HERE.bat --calibrate`
`START-HERE.bat --family unsloth --calibrate`

If i use additional parameter (worked with version 0.1.43) like this
`START-HERE.bat --family unsloth --model UD-IQ4_XS --calibrate --no-start`
`START-HERE.bat --calibrate --no-start`
`START-HERE.bat --calibrate --yes`
`START-HERE.bat --backend hip --calibrate`

to start the calibration the following error appears:

- Strata: release 0.1.45 **prebuilt release binary**, **plus the [PR #3098](https://github.com/Niko1221/Strata/pull/3098) fix**
- Python: 3.15.0
