Description
Windows AMD users currently see blank GPU load, VRAM, temperature, power and PCIe cards because the AMD telemetry reader only supports Linux sysfs. This change adds a read-only ADL reader for Windows and an optional Arabic interface while keeping English as the default. - Read GPU utilization, WDDM dedicated VRAM usage, edge temperature, board power (ASIC power fallback), and PCIe generation/width from the AMD driver. Match HIP device indices to ADL adapters by PCI address and release ADL contexts after one-off memory queries. Unsupported sensors remain absent; PCIe throughput is not available through this reader. - Add English/Arabic selectors to the main app and API Monitor, browser-local persistence, translated labels and status messages, and RTL layout. Messages follow their own text direction; code and API addresses remain LTR. Switching language preserves drafts, sampling values and active requests, without changing API protocol values or model prompts. - Add ADL regression tests, a Playwright interface test, and documentation. Validation: - 18 tests passed: `python -m unittest serve.test_amd_windows serve.test_server.AmdTelemetry serve.test_monitor -q`. - JavaScript syntax checks passed for `app.js`, `monitor.js`, and `i18n.js`. - Playwright checks passed for English defaults, Arabic/RTL, persistence, language switching during an active request, unchanged request content and API values, code direction, API Monitor, mobile layout, and unavailable browser storage. - Verified live ADL readings and the `/metrics` payload on Windows with an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT; visually checked the Arabic dashboard at desktop and mobile widths. ### Arabic web interface Screenshot from the running Windows server with Arabic selected, showing the RTL layout and live RX 9070 XT telemetry.
