#2025 docs: use Strata as the backend for ACP-capable editors (Zed / JetBrains) via acp-bridge

Description
Adds Strata as a documented backend for **acp-bridge**, a small (~5MB) static Rust adapter that speaks ACP (Agent Client Protocol) — the protocol Zed, JetBrains and other editors use for coding agents. **What it adds:** - `docs/DETAILS.md` — a new "ACP-capable editors via acp-bridge" bullet under **Using it**, with a ready-to-paste acp-bridge config pointing at `http://127.0.0.1:8080/v1` - `README.md` — one bullet in the "Your apps and coding agents" list pointing to the new section **Why it fits naturally:** - Strata's OpenAI-compatible surface is exactly the backend type acp-bridge consumes; no changes on either side needed - acp-bridge's 0.9.2 release handles thinking-mode Qwen output specifically (tool calls embedded in the content channel instead of the structured `tool_calls` field), and an automated compatibility suite for both Qwen shapes runs against a mock Strata `/v1` in the acp-bridge repo (`tests/strata_compat.rs`, currently green CI) - ACP support complements the OpenCode / Claude Code / Codex CLI items already listed — same API, a different editor protocol Docs only; no build or runtime behavior touched.
