#900 Add Total Token sent/recived metric in UI dashboard

Description

I really love the engine it's awesome! I'm able to run it on my ZBook Fury laptop, and it's very quick. I'd like to be able to see my usage, similar to the DeepSeek dashboard, showing which model I used and how many tokens were consumed.
