#3199 [GUI] GUI tries to re-download existing model all over again

Description

I already had IQ3_S downloaded so I pointed it to the existing GGUF and strata prepared the model then loaded it successfully. Then I unloaded the model and attempted to re-load it then it tries to re-download the model all over again.

Using Ubuntu 26 with dual rtx 3090s, 128 gb ram.

Model is already downloaded.
