Description
Environment: OS: Windows GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9900X RAM: 48 GB Strata version: 0.2.0-beta Installer: Strata-0.2.0-beta-windows-cuda13.exe Download source: Official GitHub repository, Option A — The Strata App Problem: I downloaded Strata directly from the official GitHub repository. During installation, Kaspersky detects the Strata process as a Trojan and automatically deletes it, along with thousands of files created during installation. The detection details are: Detection: PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic Component: Activity Monitor (behavioral protection) Threat level: High Action: Process deleted Kaspersky also deletes files from the installation directory, including: C:\Users\Lekso\AppData\Local\Programs\Strata\harness\node_modules\json-schema-to-ts\lib\types\parse-schema\allOf.js I restored the quarantined files, but Kaspersky detects and removes them again when I restart the installation. Kaspersky OpenTIP results: Verdict: Malware Detection: BSS:Trojan.Win32.Generic File size: 610.06 MB MD5: 572DB4E8375AEE85230E5BF73FA9A513 SHA-256: E29BF834819AC84FA88D8A8FB6EF0C6CD3F00D70FE7B49F0C4710CE8E182F2F5 Questions: Can you confirm that the SHA-256 hash matches the official Windows CUDA 13 installer? Is this a known Kaspersky false-positive detection? Has this installer been submitted to Kaspersky for false-positive analysis? Is there a recommended safe installation method that does not require disabling antivirus protection? I would prefer not to disable Kaspersky or whitelist the entire application before confirming that the installer is safe. Thank you for your work on Strata and for your help!
