#2373 Strix Halo vision

Description

How to enable vision on Linux (Ubuntu noble), x86_64, ROCm 7.2.x with Strix Halo GPU.
I have run setup.sh it clearly detects GPU but it seems  it doesnt build strata-vision binary also passing --vision to strata doesnt help.

I also tried to follow strata Strix halo build documentation with no success for vision.
