#1622 Strata v0.1.41 Looping issues

Description

I've seen a few reports of this and I'm adding in my own as I've seen this happening 2 times today in different contexts and where as before today I've not had this issue for a while..

So to me just seems like another bad update that has introduced new bugs, and once again wish it was easier to just rollback to a previous release.

average tk/s speed for me with vision enabled is 100 can see it go into a loop and the tk/s speed starts rising upto 200... I should say I've not had this previously but then I never had vision enabled previously, so maybe it's that but then what settings are missing now, would be nice if it just adjusted itself to maintain stability with memory availability.  I will try without vision enabled.
