#1543 AMD idle power
open · @Tomte-Fan · 1 comments · View on GitHub
Description
It would be nice with vulkan support, besides mixing different GPU vendors, at least for AMD it will decrease the idle power draw by about 20W. HIP locks the GPU at a higher power for some reason, this does not happen with vulkan and performance is usually about the same or in some cases better.
