#1464 Add vision to docker container

Description

Hey all, been working on getting Strata working on my AI server.  I have it running with Unsloth UD-IQ4 and it performs great.  Now I'm trying to add vision and based on searching it looks like I need to modify the config file to add the vision section.  Does anyone have example of doing this?  I can't find any docs on the config file, just that I need to add the vision section.  (I think, anyway.)
