#1070 New Feature - add option to change location of model

Description

Hello,

I have specific problem:

1. I have git cloned and installed model on D disk ( SSD, 500 MBs speed, detected as Disk 0 by Windows)

2. Then i have removed entire folder from D disk.

3. git cloned again but to C disk ( NVMe, 7200 MBs speed, detected as Disk 1 by Windows, Windows installed here)

After setup, downloaded model was put in original location on D disk.

So there were some leftover files in the system that took that location.

Please add possibility to change location, i would like to have this model on C as its way faster, and should improve Tokens / sec.

If this feature exists, or there is a way to set up config files, please tell me how to do so.

Alternatively, please create script that will uninstall entire repository and files that were added *somewhere*
