## Add support for Fedora 44 setup.sh script

## Summary
Fedora 44 isn't supported right now by the setup.sh script. Furthermore, just using fedora default setup, the required cuda >= 13.0 isn't fulfilled (12.9 current latest). This patch fixes the setup.sh script to fully support Fedora 44 for automatic installation of Strata
