Beschreibung
Fix machine collection in tools/strata_bench.py so the community report comes out complete instead of with "not read" fields. - nvidia-smi on current drivers prints "CUDA UMD Version: 13.4", not "CUDA Version:", so machine.cuda came out null; accept both forms. - read power.limit/power.draw, PCIe link gen/width, pstate and temperature into machine.gpu_detail and render a "GPU detail" line. - read storage (Get-PhysicalDisk on Windows, system_profiler on macOS, lsblk on Linux) into machine.storage and render it instead of "not measured". - platform.release() reports "10" on Windows 11; label builds >= 22000 as Windows 11. - clarify the limitations line: power limits are now read, background load still is not. Reporting only: the measurement path (HTTP suite, stats) is unchanged. Checked on an RTX 4060 Ti / driver 616.92 (CUDA 13.4): the README fills all fields and results.json carries gpu_detail and storage. A report generated with this change (all fields filled) is in #2112.
