#3214 [Engine] command failed (exit 1): python.exe, stuck at mtp download stage

Windows 11

My installation folder is in E:\Strata\Strata-Data.

**Problem**

Stuck at "Setup step 6/7: preparing the model for Strata"

Error Message : The model could not be installed.  command failed (exit 1): python.exe. 

**Things I tried**

Checked powershell command python.exe is working.
Checked powershell command nvidia-smi shows CUDA UMD 13.3.

Run the powershell as administrator and run the `strata launch` again, still error.

What I do notice is when I retry the first time, my E:\Strata\Strata-data folder has the "mtp" folder created.
Subsequent retry I can see a few files inside appeared.

Suspect it is something to do with downloading the mtp tensor files.  
It seems to timeout for a reason.

**Workaround**

I just keep pressing r to retry the download a few times, and I finally made it to the Tuning Step.

**Some clues for long term solution / fix**

Prior to version 0.2.0, I have encountered this issue where in the same stage, it was trying to download the tensors from huggingface.co, but timeout.

How I fixed that was I restarted with `START_HERE.bat --modelscope`.  That problem went away I can run the engine fine.

In version 0.2.0, the --modelscope flag does not exist in `strata  launch`.
