#3190 Installing 0.2.0 on C:\` on Windows

Strata Version - v0.2.0-beta
Graphics - RTX 5060ti 16GB
Windows 10 Pro

Sorry, but it's very bad form to automatically by default install an app on the C drive without giving the user the opportunity to select a different drive with more space. Please give the user the chance to select where they want the app to be installed. Thanks.
